AdStudio provides an advertising platform that enables the delivery of relevant advertisements across participating publisher websites. The Service uses a browser-based advertising identifier (Ad ID) stored in local storage to personalize ad experiences and measure campaign performance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service in a manner not expressly authorized by AdStudio.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to click fraud, impression manipulation, or ad injection.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to AdStudio. Advertisements delivered through the Service are provided by third-party advertisers. AdStudio does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any advertised products, services, or content. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser, and AdStudio is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AdStudio does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdStudio and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdStudio and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
